Ingredients

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 100 g flour
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 50 g marzipan raw mixture (or a little more)
  • 4 drops bitter almond flavor

Instructions

  1. Mix the fat, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy, add eggs. Stir in the flour, cornstarch and baking powder. Mix in the bitter almond oil and marzipan (crushed). Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° for 15-20 minutes. Tastes much better than a normal cake base!
