  • Curd – 300 Grams
  • Eggs – 3 Pieces
  • Sugar – 1 Glass (smaller)
  • Vegetable oil – 100 Milliliters
  • Sour cream – 100 grams
  • Wheat flour – 1.5 Glasses (in / grade)
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Orange zest – 1 Teaspoon
  • Cinnamon – 1 Teaspoon
  • Vanillin – 1 Pinch
  • Salt – 1 Pinch

  1. Put cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, sour cream, zest and spices in the bowl of the food processor. Add a pinch of salt and pulse until smooth.

  2. Pour in flour sifted with baking powder, pour in vegetable oil.
  3. Punch again until a thick, homogeneous dough forms. Let stand for 15 minutes.
  4. Bake waffles in a special waffle iron until golden brown. Place the finished waffles on the wire rack so as not to soften too much. There are a lot of waffles.
  5. Serve the waffles with honey or syrup, berries or ice cream to your liking.
