  • 1 teaspoon mustard, grainier
  • 1 teaspoon honey, more liquid
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoon oil (variable, depending on the type salad)

Instructions

  1. This vinaigrette is less acidic due to the addition of broth or juice, but very spicy.
  2. Put all ingredients in a shaker, shake well and pour over the salad.
