Vinaigrette with Smoked Fish and Mustard Seeds

The original version of the popular vinaigrette is a salad recipe with fish.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 200 g
  • Beets 150 g
  • Smoked fish – 100 g
  • Onions – 75 g
  • Lemon juice – 30 ml
  • Mustard beans – 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

How to make a vinaigrette with fish:

Directions

  1. Peel and chop the onion.
  2. Pour lemon juice over and leave for 1 hour.
  3. Wash the vegetables, boil in the peel in different pans. Cook the potatoes for 20 minutes. Cook the beets for 40 minutes.
  4. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes.
  5. Peel and dice the beets too.
  6. Separate fish fillets from bones and skins. Cut into cubes.
  7. Combine vegetables, fish. Add mustard seeds, salt, vegetable oil to the vinaigrette with fish. Mix.
  8. Leave the vinaigrette with fish in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Vinaigrette with fish can be served.
