The original version of the popular vinaigrette is a salad recipe with fish.

Directions
- Peel and chop the onion.
- Pour lemon juice over and leave for 1 hour.
- Wash the vegetables, boil in the peel in different pans. Cook the potatoes for 20 minutes. Cook the beets for 40 minutes.
- Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes.
- Peel and dice the beets too.
- Separate fish fillets from bones and skins. Cut into cubes.
- Combine vegetables, fish. Add mustard seeds, salt, vegetable oil to the vinaigrette with fish. Mix.
- Leave the vinaigrette with fish in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Vinaigrette with fish can be served.
