Ingredients
- 1 chicken and water
- 1 onion (s), cut in the middle
- 2 carrots, roughly chopped
- 1 celery root, about a quarter it
- 1 leek, some leaves roughly chopped
- some pepper-grains
- 1 bay leaf
- salt
- Soup greens
- 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
- 1 carrot (s), finely sliced
- Meat, chicken from the broth
- Noodles (soup noodles)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Cayenne pepper

- Leave some fat from the chicken in a saucepan, brown the onions (on the cut side) and carrots as well as celery (also roughly chopped) in it.
- Pour water on, lightly salt, wait until it almost boils. Add the soup greens (lovage, parsley, etc.), spices and leeks, as well as the chicken. Let the broth steep for approx. 2 hours (do not boil bubbly).
- Remove some of the broth (so that it is enough for 1 portion each), bring to the boil again in a separate saucepan, add ginger, garlic, noodles, carrots and cayenne pepper. When the carrots and pasta are done, add the lemon juice. Pick up some chicken (from the soup chicken) and add to it.
- If you have a cold (or if you have the slightest sign), eat this soup with every meal, the disease drives away in no time or it does not allow it to arise in the first place.
