Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic)

- 200 g walnuts
- 50 g flaked almonds
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 1 teaspoon sugar, or more, to taste
- 3 teaspoons flour
- 200 g sweet cream
- 200 g milk
- 1 teaspoon herbal salt, or fondor
- Sherry

- Let the garlic cloves fall onto the running knife (setting 4, 5 sec.), Add the walnuts and butter and steam for 4 min, setting, 4 min. Then puree everything at level 6 for 6 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the flaked almonds, and cook for 4 minutes, rewind setting 2, 100 degrees. Finally, stir in the almond flakes (preferably roasted) with return flow, speed 1, for 30 seconds.
