Ingredients

  • 100 g walnuts
  • 50 g pine nuts
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 50 g butter, soft
  • 100 ml cream
  • 2 handfuls basil
  • 4 tablespoon parmesan, freshly grated
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar, very good
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil, good
  • 400 g spahetti

Instructions

  1. Puree everything together in the mixer. Then mix with 4 tablespoons of good olive oil and season well with salt and pepper. Mix with the cooked spaghetti.
  2. Also tastes very good with fresh bread.
