Ingredients
- 200 g walnuts, half kernels
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon olive oil, virgin
- 125 ml cream, (cooking cream 15%)
- Salt and pepper, from the mill

- Crush the half walnut kernels in a mortar.
- Peel off the garlic cloves and dice finely. Heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic cubes in it.
- Now add the cream and the crushed walnuts and heat briefly and season with salt and pepper and serve in a bowl.
