Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites until stiff, slowly drizzling in the sugar. Fold in the cornstarch and mix in the walnuts.
  2. Spread the dough with a teaspoon on a baking sheet with baking paper or on wafers and bake at 140 ° C until light brown.
  3. The walnuts can also be replaced with chopped almonds, but then with about 40 g less sugar.
