Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 8 walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 100 ml sweet cream
  • 300 ml milk

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic, press through. Roughly chop the walnuts. Fry both in hot oil. Pour in the cream and milk. Bring to the boil, then puree with a hand blender. Season to taste, if necessary thicken.
