  2. Stir in the roughly chopped walnuts and flour and immediately form rolls (about 3-4cm in diameter) out of the dough.
  3. Now shape the rolls into a square shape with a flat object, e.g. a board, and let them cool down well in the refrigerator (1-2 hours).
  4. Then cut off thin slices and bake them on a baking sheet with baking paper at around 150 degrees hot air for 9 minutes.

  6. Decorate with couverture if you like.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
