Ingredients

  • 150 g wild arlic, fresher
  • 50 g walnuts or pine nuts
  • 100 g parmesan cheese, rated
  • 11 tablespoon oil, (walnut oil)
  • 1 clove garlic, (who likes more)
  • pepper
  • salt
  • some oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. First wash the fresh ingredients, then drain the wild garlic well. The walnuts are fried in a pan with a little oil, then cool.
  2. Mix the oil, the wild garlic, the nut kernels and the finely squeezed garlic in a small bowl with a hand blender, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Very tasty with pasta or white bread!
