Ingredients

  • 2 large apples
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 100 g flour
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon fat (for the mold)
  • possibly almond (s), donated

Instructions

  1. Peel and quarter the apples, remove the core. Cut the apple quarters into coarse wedges, sauté with lemon juice and about 3 tablespoons of water for about 3 minutes. You mustn`t get too soft. Process the flour, sugar, cinnamon and softened butter into crumble. Spread the apple wedges in a greased baking dish and cover with the sprinkles. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy. If you want, you can also put almond slivers over it.
  2. Tastes very good with ice cream or with vanilla sauce.
