Ingredients
- g 1,500 jacket potato (s)
- 500 ml boiling water
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 1 salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cube broth
- 6 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 onion (s), finely chopped
- 100 g bacon, leave out
- Oil, (some salad oil)

- Peel and slice the jacket potatoes.
- For the marinade, mix the boiling water with the flour, sugar, salt, pepper, stock cube, vinegar and the onion cubes.
- Mix the marinade with the potatoes
- Just before serving, fry the bacon and add a little salad oil if necessary. Fold in the bacon and fat while hot.
- Serve the potato salad warm.
- I know the salad is a calorie bomb, but it tastes great.
- My grandma used fat bacon, but it seems too heavy to me.
