Ingredients

  • g 1,500 jacket potato (s)
  • 500 ml boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cube broth
  • 6 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 100 g bacon, leave out
  • Oil, (some salad oil)

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the jacket potatoes.
  2. For the marinade, mix the boiling water with the flour, sugar, salt, pepper, stock cube, vinegar and the onion cubes.
  3. Mix the marinade with the potatoes
  4. Just before serving, fry the bacon and add a little salad oil if necessary. Fold in the bacon and fat while hot.
  5. Serve the potato salad warm.
  6. I know the salad is a calorie bomb, but it tastes great.
  7. My grandma used fat bacon, but it seems too heavy to me.
