Champignons – 300 g
Bulb onions – 1 pc.
Leaf lettuce – 0.5 bunch
Fresh parsley – 3-5 branches

Directions
Ingredients for making a warm salad from zucchini and champignons.
Peel the onions and cut into thin half rings. Wash the champignons, wipe dry and cut into slices.
Peel the zucchini and cut into thin semicircles.
Heat a skillet with vegetable oil. Fry the onion over medium heat until light golden brown, season with salt and pepper. Add mushrooms to the pan and fry them together with onions, first over high heat until the liquid evaporates. Then reduce the heat to medium and brown the mushrooms.
Fry the zucchini separately from the mushrooms.
Combine fried mushrooms and onions with zucchini.
Stir and cool slightly.
Rinse lettuce leaves, dry them, and pick them into a bowl with your hands.
Put the fried mushrooms and zucchini on the lettuce leaves.
Finely chop the parsley. Sprinkle parsley on a warm courgette and mushroom salad and serve immediately.
