Warm Bean Salad with Mushrooms and Nuts

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Fresh champignons (or frozen) – 300 g
  • Canned white beans – 1 can (0.5 l)
  • Canned peas – 2-3 tbsp
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Green onions – 2-3 stalks
  • Greens – 0.5 bunch
  • Walnuts – 50-70 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Garlic (optional) – 1-2 cloves
  • Frying oil – 30 g
  • Refueling oil – 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Bean salad products in front of you.
  2. Peel the onion, wash and chop finely.
  3. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. When the oil is hot, add the onion. Fry, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Wash and chop the mushrooms (or defrost). Put the mushrooms on the onion. Fry, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
  5. Open a jar of canned beans. Rinse the beans and discard in a colander.
  6. Add beans to mushrooms, simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Wash green onions and herbs. Cut in small pieces. Peel the garlic and grate it on a fine grater.
  8. Crush walnuts with a rolling pin or chop with a knife.
  9. Open a jar of canned peas.
  10. Combine beans with mushrooms, herbs, nuts, green peas and garlic. Salt and pepper the bean salad, season with vegetable oil. Mix well.
  11. Warm bean salad with mushrooms and nuts is ready.
