Warm Potato Salad with Salted Mushrooms

We bring to your attention a recipe for a warm salad. We will prepare the salad from potatoes, assorted pickled mushrooms, onions, and we will season it with sour cream and dill.
Ingredients
- Potatoes – 3 pcs.
- Salted mushrooms (assorted) – 100 g
- Bulb onions – 1 pc.
- Sour cream – 50 g
- Salt to taste
- Dill – 2 branches
- Vegetable oil for frying
Directions
- We prepare products for a warm potato salad with salted mushrooms.
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook in their skins for 30 minutes until tender.
- Cut the cooled and peeled potatoes into small slices.
- In a pan with the addition of vegetable oil, fry the potato slices until golden brown. Salt at the end of cooking to taste.
- Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings.
- Filter salted mushrooms to remove excess liquid. Add onion half rings and chopped dill. Wemix.
- Put the slightly cooled potatoes on a plate and add mushrooms, onions and dill
- Add sour cream to this. Mix the potato salad with the mushrooms thoroughly.
