Ingredients
- 1 packet lamb`s lettuce
- 1 packet cherry tomatoes or 3 regular tomatoes
- 250 g mushrooms, fresh
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- salt and pepper
- sugar
- garlic
- Herbs, your choice

- Cut the tomatoes into slices or small pieces. Wash the mushrooms, cut them into slices and fry them well in a pan (don`t forget to season).
- Wash and drain the lamb`s lettuce.
- For the sauce, mix the balsamic vinegar with the oil (you can also add a little water) and season well with the spices and herbs.
- Now add the tomatoes, the warm mushrooms and the lamb`s lettuce and serve immediately.
- I always enjoyed serving crispy chicken legs with it.
