- 500 g mushrooms
- 120 ml olive oil
- 80 ml balsamic vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 bay leaves
- 10 black peppercorns
- 1 pack herbs, Italian, frozen
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar

- Chop the garlic, bring the mushrooms and all the ingredients to the boil in a saucepan and simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes. Then let it steep for 4 hours.
