  • 200 g watermelon (s), low in seeds, peeled
  • 3 tablespoon buttermilk
  • some agave syrup
  • some lime juice

  1. Cut the cucumber and melon into pieces, puree in a blender together with the buttermilk, season with agave syrup and lime, serve well chilled.
