- Simply cut out individual pieces from the melon, dice into manageable pieces and put a little feta on each piece of melon. If you have more time, you can conjure up beautiful skewers out of it.
- The whole thing was shown to me by one of my Greek friends - at first I was skeptical but immediately enthusiastic how nicely the delicious feta melts in the mouth with the fresh melon. Just try it out!
