- 1 jar wax beans
- 1 shallot (s)
- 3 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoon oil, mild (e.g. grapeseed oil)
- salt and pepper

- Drain and drain the wax beans. Meanwhile, finely dice the shallot and use the remaining ingredients to make a vinaigrette. Pour over the wax beans and let steep a little before serving.
- We traditionally have this salad in winter with dishes such as cheese fondue or raclette as a side dish.
