Ingredients

  • 1 jar beans (crushed wax), yellow
  • 1 thick onion (s)
  • 3 tablespoon chives
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar (herbal)
  • 4 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain the beans in a sieve.
  2. Dice the onion and mix it with the vinegar, oil, sugar, mayonnaise and chives with a whisk to make a salad dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix with the beans and let steep for at least 1 hour.
  3. We always prepare the salad the evening before, then it tastes even better.
