Ingredients
- 1 jar beans (crushed wax), yellow
- 1 thick onion (s)
- 3 tablespoon chives
- 2 tablespoon vinegar (herbal)
- 4 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
- salt and pepper

- Drain the beans in a sieve.
- Dice the onion and mix it with the vinegar, oil, sugar, mayonnaise and chives with a whisk to make a salad dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix with the beans and let steep for at least 1 hour.
- We always prepare the salad the evening before, then it tastes even better.
