Ingredients

  • 2 glasses wax beans (green beans) each 185 g drained weight
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 4 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon savory

Instructions

  1. Drain the wax green beans. Peel and halve the onions and cut into small cubes. Mix the onion cubes with the beans and savory.
  2. Prepare a marinade using sugar, salt, pepper, mustard, sunflower oil and white wine vinegar. Pour the marinade under the beans. Mix everything together and cover in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  3. Arrange and serve.
