This wheat yeast bread is very soft, downright fluffy!
Ingredients
Wheat flour – 320-350 g
Dry yeast – 1 teaspoon
Warm water – 210 ml
Vegetable oil – 30 ml
Sugar – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
Directions
To bake homemade wheat yeast bread, first, sift the flour. Add yeast, salt, sugar.
Pour in water and oil. Knead a soft dough. Cover the yeast dough and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
Knead the dough, shape the bread (put in a suitable shape). Cover and leave in a warm place for another 30 minutes.
Make cuts on top of the dough (one longitudinal or several transverse) so that the crust does not crack when baking bread. Sprinkle with water. Bake wheat yeast bread in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
Wrap the finished homemade bread in a towel and, if desired, in a bag (this will soften the crust).
