Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 1 small onion (s), red
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon honey, more liquid
  • 2 tablespoon whiskey, Irish
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • sea-salt

Instructions

  1. Put the lukewarm butter in a bowl. Honey and whiskey with the butter. Finely chop the onion and garlic and add them as well.
  2. Mix everything thoroughly with a fork. Season to taste with pepper and sea salt. Chill in a small jar in the refrigerator.
