Ingredients

  • 0.5 liter ½ cream
  • 0.25 liter ¼ whiskey, (scotch)
  • 2 teaspoons, heaped cocoa powder
  • 4 teaspoons coffee, more soluble
  • 250 g powdered suar

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until creamy, not stiff! Mix with whiskey, cocoa and instant coffee. Slowly stir in the powdered sugar.
  2. Tastes particularly good cold!
