  • 10 apples
  • 7 pear (s)
  • 4 quince (s)
  • 1 jar honey
  • 3 cinnamon stick (s)
  • 4 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 4 bottles whiskey each 0.7 liters

Instructions

  1. Cut the fruit into pieces and place in a large container with the honey, cinnamon and whiskey.
  2. Seal the glass and let the drink stand for 4 weeks. Then strain everything and filter through a cloth. Fill the liqueur into bottles and enjoy.
