Ingredients

  • 3 small can beans (giant beans), white
  • 2 bell peppers, red, pointed
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Herbs, fresh at will

Instructions

  1. Drain the beans; Clean and wash the peppers, cut into small cubes, also clean and wash the spring onions, cut into thin rings; peel the garlic cloves.
  2. Sauté the peppers and onion rings in the oil, squeeze the garlic, simmer for about 6 minutes; add the beans and heat; salt carefully, pepper generously and add the vinegar; to let it cool down. Sprinkle with freshly chopped herbs before serving, but you can also do without them.
  3. Easy to prepare and shouldn`t be served out of the refrigerator.
