Ingredients

  • 100 g beans, white, dried
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 g tomato (s), dried in oil
  • 50 g parmesan, rated
  • 2 teaspoons capers
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil (olives)
  • Cayenne pepper
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Soak the beans overnight in 1/2 liter of water and then cook in the soaking water for about 30 minutes. Drain and puree the beans with the other ingredients. Season to taste. Be careful with salt!
