Ingredients

  • 500 g beans, white
  • g 1,000 spinach
  • 1 cup fennel - green, or dill, finely chopped
  • 1 thick onion (s), finely chopped
  • 0.5 ½ cup olive oil
  • 500 g tomato (s), finely chopped
  • 2 cup water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak the beans in water overnight. Wash the spinach and cut into small pieces.
  2. Boil the beans in water for about 30 minutes and then drain them.
  3. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion, fennel, garlic and spinach. Add the half-cooked beans, tomatoes, water, salt and pepper.
  4. Cook over low heat.
