  • 30 grams sugar
  • 20 g salt
  • 40 g yeast, fresh

Instructions

  1. Sift the flour, put it in a bowl, make a well, crumble the yeast, add a little water and make a piece of yeast. Let rise for about 20 minutes.
  2. Then mix all the ingredients together. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Then portion as required. Heat the oven to 200 degrees, insert the loaves at 3/4 cooker and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. You can also bake box bread from it.
