Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ glass beans, white (giant beans, weighed 380 g)
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic granules or
  • 1 small clove garlic, pressed
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ chilli flakes
  • possibly salt

Instructions

  1. Pour the stock away from the broad white beans and put the beans in a bowl. Scatter the garlic on top, as well as the chilli flakes. Mix with vinegar and add the oil.
  2. Let it steep, if the beans taste too bland, add a little salt. But this is usually not necessary because the brew in the glass is also salted.
  3. I call this very simple bean salad embarrassment salad because I was magically attracted to such a glass of beans recently and they didn`t taste great straight out of the glass. Now I really like her that way.
