Instructions

  1. Clean the white cabbage and cut or slice it into thin strips.
  2. Heat half of the butter and stir-fry the cabbage strips in it. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Pour half of the broth and stew the cabbage covered for about 20 minutes.
  3. Peel the onions and finely dice them. Fry in the rest of the butter in a pan. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Salt, pepper and fry over low heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  5. Mix the rest of the broth with the tomato paste. Roughly crumble the sheep`s cheese. Put the white cabbage and the minced meat in a greased dish.
