Instructions

1. Slice the carrots, onions, peppers and cabbage.
2. Bring the sugar, oil, vinegar, pepper and salt to the boil and pour over the vegetables while hot. Put in a saucepan and close tightly. Mix well beforehand. Let it go for 1 day.
