  • 1 cm ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 3 tablespoon coriander greens
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled turmeric
  • 100 g chickpeas, round
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • Oil or clarified butter for frying

Instructions

  1. Grate the white cabbage with the ginger, mix with the spices and chickpea flour until you can form patties.
  2. Then fry them in hot fat in a pan.
  3. The dough can also be seasoned with one and a half teaspoons of mustard, salt, pepper, curry, nutmeg, various herbs and a little tomato paste.
