Ingredients

  • 1 bottle calvados
  • 1 bottle white wine
  • 200 ml apple juice
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 4 carnation (s)
  • 1 slice (s) lemon (s), untreated, which 2 s
  • Sugar, brown

Instructions

  1. Put the cinnamon stick and cloves in a tea filter and tie it up!
  2. Put the calvados, white wine and apple juice in a large saucepan. Add the tea filter and lemon wedges, heat but do not boil. Season to taste with brown sugar. It`s best to let it sit for a few hours.
  3. Serve hot, remove the tea filters and lemons beforehand!
