  • 200 g raspberries
  • 50 g powdered suar
  • some chocolate flakes

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate and let it cool down. Beat the whipped cream and add the chocolate while stirring. Fold in the curd cheese. Sweeten the raspberries with powdered sugar.
  2. Layer the cream and raspberries in glasses, sprinkle with grated chocolate.
