- 200 g couverture, white
- 100 ml cream
- 80 g butter
- 20 g palm fat (palmin)

- Mix the butter with the palmin in a water bath until liquid. Then melt the couverture in it. Now add the liquid cream. Fill the whole thing into screw-top jars and refrigerate until ready to eat.
