Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar with the syrup in a mixing bowl until there are no more lumps. Stir in the softened butter and egg.
  2. Mix the flour, baking soda and salt in a second bowl and add to the butter mixture. Mix everything briefly to a soft dough, but do not stir for too long!
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
