  • 110 g butter
  • 150 g chocolate, white
  • 4 egg (s), separated
  • 100 g suar
  • 120 g flour, sifted
  • Walnuts for decoration

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites until stiff and chill. Slowly heat the butter and chocolate separately in a water bath and melt them.
  2. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy, then add the butter and chocolate. Then add the flour and stir well. Carefully fold in the cold egg white.
  3. Pour the dough into a greased tart pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes. After 10 minutes of baking, arrange the walnuts nicely on the dough and finish baking the tart.
