  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 80 g cherry (s), fresh
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 2 tablespoon liqueur, (cherry liqueur)
  • 100 grams flour

Instructions

  1. Wash, stone and chop the cherries. Mix with the liqueur and let it steep (approx. 1 hour).
  2. Chop the chocolate and melt it, add the butter and let it melt in the warm chocolate. Drain the cherries well and collect the liqueur.
  3. Beat eggs with sugar, salt, cherry liqueur and 1 pinch of salt until frothy. Stir the chocolate / butter mixture into the egg mixture. Sift the flour over it and fold in loosely together with the cherries. Pour the dough into 6 small, greased and dusted molds (150 ml content).
  4. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C top / bottom heat for about 20-25 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.

  6. My chocolate tarts were ready after 20 minutes. Don`t let them bake too long, otherwise they`ll get * dry *.
  7. When children eat, swap the liqueur for cherry juice.
  8. If you don`t like too sweet, you can also reduce the sugar, I took 125g.
