Ingredients
- 200 g pasta, e.., Spirelli
- 5 white sausages
- 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon, heaped mustard, sweet
- 1 small Piece (s) ginger
- pepper
- parsley
- 100 g cocktail tomatoes
- 4 pickled cucumber (s)

- Boil the pasta in salted water and let the veal sausages warm up in hot water.
- For the dressing, mix oil, vinegar, sweet mustard, freshly grated ginger, parsley and pepper. If necessary, add a little water to make the dressing more fluid. Halve the tomatoes, cut the pickles into small slices and add to the dressing.
- Add the pasta and the sliced veal sausages to the dressing and mix well.
