  • 300 g flour (whole spelled or wheat)
  • 150 ml water
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon salt or granulated vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon oil (olive or sunflower oil)

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients into a dough and let it rest for about 1 hour.
  2. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil, add a little salt or vegetable stock and pour the dough into the boiling water in portions with a spaetzle grater (or from a board). Let it steep for a moment, remove the finished spaetzle with a slotted spoon and keep it warm.
