Ingredients

1 cube yeast, or correspondingly dry yeast
0.75 liter ¾ water, lukewarm
4 tablespoon vinegar, 5%
3 teaspoons salt
600 g wholemeal spelled flour
200 g whole wheat flour
Fat, for the shape
Oatmeal, for the shape and for sprinkling

Instructions

Knead the ingredients into a dough and pour it into a loaf pan that has been greased and sprinkled with oat flakes. Sprinkle oatmeal or grains on top.
The bread dough doesn`t have to go. DO NOT preheat the oven!
Bake at 220 ° C for about 60 minutes.
