Ingredients

  • 1 cube yeast, or correspondingly dry yeast
  • 0.75 liter ¾ water, lukewarm
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar, 5%
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 600 g wholemeal spelled flour
  • 200 g whole wheat flour
  • Fat, for the shape
  • Oatmeal, for the shape and for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Knead the ingredients into a dough and pour it into a loaf pan that has been greased and sprinkled with oat flakes. Sprinkle oatmeal or grains on top.
  2. The bread dough doesn`t have to go. DO NOT preheat the oven!
  3. Bake at 220 ° C for about 60 minutes.
