Instructions

  1. Put the milk in a saucepan and warm it up until it steams. Then turn off the stove and stir in the flakes and semolina. Stir well until it becomes viscous. If it is too firm for you, you can add some water and stir again. After 2 to 3 minutes, the porridge is ready.
  2. Fill this into your favorite bowl and add some cinnamon, who would of course also want cinnamon and sugar, e.g. whole cane sugar; it tastes a bit like caramel, but is not as sweet as normal sugar.
  3. It also tastes good if you add a crushed banana or some jam to it.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
