Ingredients

  • 250 g berries, frozen forest berry mix
  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 50 ml cream
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 300 g mascarpone
  • 80 g ladyfiners
  • 50 ml amaretto
  • 75 ml coffee (espresso)
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Let the forest berries thaw. Mix the quark, cream, vanilla sugar, sugar and mascarpone to a cream.
  2. Place the sponge fingers in a flat dish and drizzle with the amaretto and espresso. Spread the wild berries on the sponge sticks, except for a few for decoration. Spread the cream over it and dust everything with cocoa and garnish with the remaining wild berries. Chill for about 1 hour.
