Ingredients

  • 50 g wild arlic flowers
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 dash elderflower syrup
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Wild garlic flowers have a particularly fine, slightly sweet garlic taste, which is much milder than the taste of wild garlic leaves.
  2. It is a bit more difficult to collect the flowers. But it`s still worth making this paste once. It is suitable to round off a wild garlic soup or other soups and also goes well with cooked meat.
  3. Wash and dry the wild garlic flowers. Mix with the elderflower syrup, the oil and the salt with the magic wand.
  4. Pour into a gas and put some olive oil on top.
