Instructions

  1. Clean and finely chop the wild garlic. Mix together with softened butter and olive oil (this works very well with a food processor).
  2. Pour the finished mixture into an airtight can and place in the refrigerator.
  3. Very suitable for the upcoming barbecue parties.
